Here Comes Another Election 2026 Intro

Believe it or not, we in California are now at the height of Primary Election season.

 

Campaigns are in full swing. Ballots will be mailed to voters just ONE MONTH from now.

 

Virtually everyone affirms a desire for fair, honest and transparent elections. Virtually everyone knows we have not achieved that goal yet.

 

The question is, will we rise to the occasion, throw off the malaise of discouragement, vote as if all our tomorrows depended on it, and take the process back into our own capable hands?

 

Barak Obama said, “In the face of impossible odds, people who love this country can change it.”

 

The question is, will it be fundamentally transformed into something we no longer recognize, or do we love it enough to restore it to what it was founded to be?

 

That decision is completely dependent on

what we, together, do in the next few months.

 

As Bob Dylan said, “I think of a hero as someone who understands the degree of responsibility that comes with freedom.”

 

Now is the time for us all to be heroes.

 

Will Patriots come together and do what Americans have been doing for 250 years—refresh, renew, re-invigorate this country by restoring the integrity of the elections that ensure our ability to self-govern?

 

Thomas Jefferson said, “A nation as a society forms a moral person, and every member of it is personally responsible for his society.” Will we make him proud?

 

We know the election process around the nation is crumbling beneath fraud, corruption and foreign intervention.

 

EIPCa has been exposing the truth for over 15 years.

 

Now, in 2026, the forces in this country that hope to permanently wrest the right of self-governance from the hands of its citizens and obtain permanent control or complete destruction have never been more determined.

 

There is no tomorrow if we do not respond to that threat.

 

Now or never, every citizen must take part in the Renaissance, in the re-awakening, in the re-invigoration of what differentiates us from every other country on the face of the planet. We must all do our part to bring back fair, honest and transparent elections. To do that, we must re-assume ownership.

 

Citizen oversight of the election process is vital.

Sitting it out and leaving it to the bureaucracy, is societal suicide.

 

EIPCa is still leading the way.

 

People living in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, San Diego, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties will have access to official EIPCa Observer training because there is an official EIPCa Observation Team in these counties. 

 

 

People in counties with no official EIPCa Observation team may and MUST continue to observe effectively and report findings to EIPCa as citizen Observers.

 

Articles published between now and May 18 will give you the information you will need, and we will be here to support you all the way.

 

There is no hyperbole in saying:


  • Your very presence will speak volumes to those who would subvert the process.


  • Your very presence will be the wind beneath the wings of the workers who struggle to resist the forces that pressure them to ignore, look the other way, comply.


  • Your very presence will be the deterrent so necessary to stop those who plan nefarious avenues of manipulation.


  • Your very presence will save the Republic.

 

As Thomas Paine reminded us,

“Those who expect to reap the blessings of freedom,

must, like me, undergo the fatigue of supporting it.”

 

So, let’s cheerfully accept that fatigue, revel in it, embrace it, and prepare to reap the benefits of our hard work.


Now is the time;

there is no tomorrow if we do not act NOW, together.


Here’s what we can do in California:

 

California citizens have the legal right to:


  • observe all aspects of the election process.

 

  • be close enough to see, hear and ascertain that the job is being done accurately, as long as they do not interfere with the process.

 

  • to ask questions of elections officials and receive answers.

 

  • challenge the behavior of ballot processing workers when it appears the laws and procedures are being violated.

 

Observers are responsible to:



  • use common sense


1) dress appropriately


2) silence and put away phones


3) no photography or video inside, or of voter activity


4) no interaction with voters


5) direct concerns/challenges to supervisors only


6) remain calm and non-partisan


7) be polite, respectful, pleasant, SMILE


8) NEVER interfere

 

  • follow all county regulations for observers and directions from Supervisors

 

  • always be respectful and courteous.

 

  • ask questions of supervisors only when they are not engaged with voters or co-workers.


  • make all questions and challenges respectful and non-combative.


  • Never challenge or interfere with a voter’s right to vote.


  • report concerns and/or observations

2) Submit an EIPCa Incident Report or a Citizen Witness Statement for all perceived issues

 

In the next few weeks, EIPCa will provide you with information necessary for you to:


  • observe effectively and lawfully


  • vote wisely and securely


  • MAKE A DIFFERENCE, regardless of where you live in California.

 


Keep this article as the baseline for all future information.

 

  • Mark your calendar with the key dates below.

 

  • Clear your schedule to give as much time as possible to observe.

May 5        drop boxes open

 

May 11 to Peak window of Ballot Processing; observers needed

June 19

 

May 22        11-day Vote Center set-up day

 

May 23       11-day Vote Centers open in Vote Center counties;

early voting satellites open in traditional voting counties (?)

 

May 29        4-day Vote Centers open in Vote Center counties

 

June 2         Election Day; polls open 7:00 am – 8:00 pm
