Dear President Trump,
The founders of Election Integrity Alliance implore your immediate response to an existential threat to this nation - the aggressive dismantling of our electoral process. Our more than 30 years of collective research has generated extensive evidence that a fair and honest election is not possible under current conditions. Under cover of COVID, enough states’ election laws are currently being manipulated so that even an Electoral College majority can be stolen in a variety of ways.
Mr. President, it is critical that you know what we know so that you can take executive action to forestall a titanic disaster in November. Numerous organizations have irrefutable evidence that states are actively working to deny their own citizens’ civil right to self-govern. Since 2011, North Carolina’s Voter Integrity Project (VIP-NC), the Virginia Voters Alliance (VVA), and Election Integrity Project California (EIPCa) have documented and fought egregious non-compliance with state and federal election law and the election participation of alarming numbers of non-citizens and deceased. We also have extensive documentation that non-enforcement of protective laws in concert with the implementation of policies and procedures that supersede federal and state laws has resulted in election chaos, including single individuals casting votes in multiple states.
We do not want to lose our Republic. The November 2020 election will determine whether we do or not. Using the COVID cudgel, progressives in all states are pushing for election procedures that will forever remove the true voice of the American people from their government.
We cannot trust our state leaders to solve these problems, because in most cases they are the problem. Thus, we turn to you, our last remaining hope, to restore and protect the integrity of November’s election by using any and all constitutional executive powers at your disposal to stop the power grab through manipulation of the electoral process. Federal deadlines impose great immediacy of action.
Certain federal laws are not being followed and this results in grossly mismanaged voter rolls at the state level. Examples include voters who are deceased, registered multiple times in the same state, voting multiple times in different states, and voting without citizen status. Many of these problems may be solved with executive orders to force agencies to execute laws that are already in place.
We applaud your recent efforts to bring the election integrity issue to the fore. Now immediate action is necessary. Detailed evidence from state-based election integrity groups will make it possible to develop effective executive-branch actions. Therefore, we respectfully request an emergency White House Summit in order for state-based groups to articulate such evidence in an unfiltered environment.
Our input will supply the evidence the mainstream mantra claims does not exist. The fruits of our labor will support and bolster your efforts to return public trust in the fairness and honesty of the electoral process and restore our republican form of government. We believe this is truly the last chance to do so. There is no tomorrow unless you act today.
