Yesterday, a reporter asked the president for evidence that vote-by-mail ballots are a source of vote fraud. President Trump referenced the bloated voter roll information provided by EIPCa to Judicial Watch attorneys as primary evidence in our joint 2017 lawsuit. Though settled in our favor, it will take years for the chaos of the voter rolls to be diminished even if the California Secretary of State and the Registrars of Voters are diligent. And the case only focused on inactive registrations. Fixing other problems like duplicated and deceased registrations may require further legal action.

Voter rolls in a multitude of states are in similar disarray. This is among the many reasons that unrestricted voting by mail would be fatally detrimental to election integrity.

With free-for-all voting by mail, ballot usurpation is relatively effortless and virtually impossible to prove. But it is doubtless that when the doors are wide open someone will take advantage.

When coupled with legalized no chain-of-custody ballot harvesting, vote by mail ballots become the perfect Trojan Horse to bring down the walls of election integrity. The president knows this and is right to oppose efforts to expand voting by mail and ballot harvesting.

The work of EIPCa, a 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation, is VALUABLE. It is also at risk. Peeling back the onion of election corruption in California benefits the entire nation.
