Vote Safe and a Little More in 2024

Introduction to the EIPCa Citizen Observer Guidelines

2024 is an exciting and very busy year for EIPCa. Besides being oversight eyes and ears as the election proceeds, EIPCa anticipates a second positive ruling with respect to our ground-breaking federal lawsuit.

Following that, we will enter the discovery stage of the suit. This process will put an enormous workload on EIPCa leadership, and a great need for the support of your prayers and your donations.

EIPCa will also be playing a pivotal role in the roll-out of the United Sovereign Americans strategy to produce VALID elections THIS YEAR across the nation. (See our recent emails, posted at www.eip-ca.com for more information.)

As a result, EIPCa will not have the time or bandwidth to recruit, process and train NEW observers. We will provide a refresher training for our observation veterans, who will shoulder the load this year.

But there is a vital role that EVERY CITIZEN can play!

We have heard the disappointment of some who have been unable to take the EIPCa training since we formed the nonprofit in 2017 and have wrestled with what we can do to help citizens observe on their own.

It is said, necessity is the mother of invention!

You asked and we delivered.

EIPCa is enhancing and expanding its voter education efforts!

We are asking each concerned citizen not only to “Vote Safe in 2024” but also to do “a little more” by taking all of the information provided in our “Vote Safe” articles and stepping out to be Citizen Observers.

EIPCa will provide you with a HOTLINE for support and, of course, the Citizen Incident Statement and Reporting Instructions.

To assist you in “knowing the rules,” and in how to prepare to observe the election process at a polling location or ballot processing center, EIPCa is launching our first ever Citizen Observer Guidelines.

These tools for citizen observation

can now be found on our website in the

Citizen Observation Education Program box.

These guidelines, along with the information in the forthcoming articles, will prepare you to step out with patriotism, knowledge and confidence to be a vital part of the people’s election process.

Please Print, Study, Share and USE.
