The Holiday Season

A Time to Assess Our Roots & Reaffirm Our American Values!

On Thanksgiving Day every year, a majority of Americans participate in various activities to celebrate the historic American holiday. Celebrations usually involve a hearty meal, fellowship with friends and family, and the oh-so-American football and pumpkin pie.

The majority of Americans still also take at least a few solemn and sincere moments of formal expression of gratitude for their blessings, and pay homage to the original intent of this traditional holiday.

Historically, Thanksgiving prayers and services were led nationally by the President and locally by Governors, Mayors and other elected civic officials. Sadly, in recent decades, elected officials have, in general, lost touch with their crucial role as spiritual and moral leaders.

Instead, they are demonstrating more and more that they do not respect or even acknowledge the Founders’ unwavering and humble understanding that this country came into existence through a series of miracles that could only have been orchestrated by God Himself.

It follows naturally then that a growing number of our “elected officials” would also cease to value the principle of God-given rights proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence and enshrined in the Bill of Rights.

Despite the “woke” agenda that is splashed about in modern media and pop culture, and blathered about by politicians, the basic values of a vast majority of Americans are still the same as they were in 1788 when the Constitution was ratified:

  • All people are created with equal opportunity to strive to become who they choose to be.

  • All citizens have the liberty to pursue whatever happiness means to them.

  • The majority has no right to dominate or tyrannize any minority.

  • Our freedom is unlimited unless our actions injure another.

  • All persons have the right to speak, write and express their thoughts and opinions without fear of retribution or recrimination.

  • We are many people with many differences who share a philosophical heritage that unites us far more firmly than any ethnic or cultural background.

  • We are the American Family, and in the end we are the United States of America.

Nevertheless, the United States today is a divided states of America. Many rightly fear that this nation will once again reach a level of divisiveness equal to the one that led to the Civil War.

Today, while the fear of uncertainty in tumultuous times pervades the hearts and minds of many Americans, it is important to remember that America survived previous times of great division, from the great Civil War to the Vietnam War, the Civil Rights movement and more.

Eventually we find our center and

make peace with one another.

We Must and WILL do so again.

It is far healthier to hold onto the victories for freedom rather than allowing the defeats to fester into hopelessness and the bitterness that keep Americans divided.

It is far better to recognize the patriots who continue to fight for our rights, and to provide moral as well as financial support.

Perhaps the most crucial right we still have

is the sacred right of self-governance.

It is the cornerstone to all of our other rights. The very bedrock of the freedoms guaranteed to citizens of our Republic is the freedom and right to choose our leaders through fair, honest, transparent and valid elections.

More and more modern politicians now scoff at, or only pay convenient lip service to the sacred truths that have allowed this country to prosper far more than any country in human history.

Instead of acting with the humility of civil servants, they pass laws to enable manipulation of the system for the sole purpose of retaining their power and position.

They have successfully traded what should be

their only priority for money and power.

Yet, within the midst of such confusion, corruption and resignation, a group of patriots still hold onto the hope and principles embedded in our national and state constitutions.

Election Integrity Project®California will continue to fight without ceasing for fair, honest, transparent and valid elections.

EIPCa still has two lawsuits in the courts:

one in state court and one in federal court.

  • Our federal case is in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals where the three-judge panel will determine the validity of the lower court judge’s motion to dismiss our case in the Fall of 2023.

  • EIPCa filed an appeal and a request to expedite the process that normally takes a year or more to review several written Briefs before scheduling Oral Arguments.

Amazingly, the Ninth Circuit agreed to expedite

the process and have actually completed reviewing

the written briefs as of this report!

The Ninth Circuit will now schedule Oral Arguments for December or January 2024.

A positive ruling for EIPCa means we go back to court and actually start Discovery…meaning we begin the review of the laws, regulations, policies, procedures and documents used in the vote by mail voting system.

As this year draws to a close, we ask you to support EIPCa, which is 100% volunteer, as we slog our way through the court system not only on behalf of California citizens but on behalf of all citizens who have the Constitutional right to self-govern.

We must close the year strong in preparation

for the cost of Discovery in 2024.

Every penny of your contributions

will go to fund our crucial work.
