The fight to address potentially invalid elections taking place in states around the nation and restore integrity to the process that citizens use to choose our representatives is a multi-front war.

Among the issues in need of addressing are:

• woefully unmaintained voter rolls
• permissive laws and regulations
• questionable technology and electronic systems
• potential malfeasance

• plain-and-simple corruption at all bureaucratic levels

There are many, very effective individuals and organizations in California and nationwide covering those fronts. Besides EIPCa, in California there are such groups as:

All efforts are heroic and needed. No one individual or organization can possibly address all the elements that comprise the brokenness of the very process by which Americans choose those who govern us.

Each organization and individual can only cover a portion of the number of fronts in the war. In a sense, we all work in concert, each from a different direction.

We are all running the same race, each in a different lane.

Sadly, not all understand that simple fact. Instead, some use simple philosophical differences as an opportunity to turn their weapons toward fellow election integrity leaders. Others are so self-absorbed they simply dismiss the very necessary efforts of others running beside them in the same race.

EIPCa finds that unproductive, unnecessary and reprehensible.

As the recipient of quite a few vicious volleys of attack from some named on the above list, and a complete cold shoulder from others, EIPCa can attest to unnecessarily having to use our limited resources in time and funding to correct the record of misrepresentation and yes, even lies, that undermine our work.

In spite of unfounded attacks, EIPCa has the support of our tens of thousands of volunteers and followers. We have the respect and collaboration of many of the others on the above list.

And we have legitimate bragging rights as a result of our many successes and our promising irons in the fire.

• EIPCa’s lawsuit against Ventura County is now under appeal with the 2^nd District Court in CA due to an improper ruling.

• After five days of trial with strong testimony and clear documentation, the judge ignored CA observer laws ensuring that citizens are able to observe EVERY aspect of the election process and ruled against EIPCa in Ventura.

• After receiving a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in November 2022 granting EIPCa strong organizational standing, the case is once again before the same court after the defendants filed a nuisance dismissal request.

• EIPCa filed a request with the Ninth Circuit to expedite the submission of written briefs in order to complete the process by early 2024.

• The Ninth Circuit agreed, making it clear they will grant no request for time extensions.

• The court signaled its intent to complete its review quickly.  

• EIPCa expects to begin the Discovery phase of our lawsuit early in 2024.

EIPCa’s lawsuits are still active and viable, among the very few election integrity challenges that have not died on the vine. The meticulous work and proper documentation of our 20,000 trained citizen observers, and the 13 years of dedication of our Board of Directors, County Coordination Teams and Data Team are the reasons.

Those who speak dismissively of our suits and our work

should take a deep look at what is motivating their attacks.  

In spite of some or our counterparts using their microphones to attack EIPCa, our response will be to encourage them as they continue their work in their lane of the race.

We ask our detractors to retract their claws

and reconsider their perspective.

We’re all in this together and the cost of losing will be the loss of our beloved Republic. Considering the stakes are so high, a little humility and respect is a small price to pay.

We ask every American who values and cherishes this Republic as envisioned by the founders and as outlined in the Constitution, to support all of these organizations’ efforts, including EIPCa!
